Britt Dougherty is a co-founder and owner of heywell, a lifestyle wellness brand proving modern wellness products. Previously she was a senior vice president at MillerCoors, leading marketing strategy and teams like media and partnerships, digital and precision marketing, brand experience, sports and entertainment, insights, human experience, design, licensing, futuring, incubation, and agency operations. Britt believes in leveraging empathy to create growth, and really digs CPG. She has also worked in oil (BP Americas) and in market research (Millward Brown). Britt loves to cook, read and spend time with her husband and two sons.
