She has worked at Abbott Labs, Kellogg School of Management, & The Ross School of Business and has launched new products & categories, repositioned brands, and driven lead generating tactics. Shruti believes in a data driven approach to marketing – one that brings consumer insights, industry trends, & competitive analysis together to drive decisions and strategy. This marketing framework then helps to identify tactics – paid, owned, and earned - that can be executed and measured. Shruti has won Abbott’s Presidents Award for strategic planning as well as Parade Magazines 2012 top 25 health care marketer of year.
